Return Policy

PDR apparel and accessories may be returned/exchanged, based on the following:

• Items must be in new condition – unwashed, unworn, unaltered, makeup free, deodorant free, smoke free, stain free.
• All sale items are final.
  
• Merchandise must be postmarked within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date shown on your order’s tracking number.  
• Please contact us at winnhorses@hotmail.com to notify us of any inquiries.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  We will cover the cost of shipping exchanges back to you.
• Please let us know with in 5 days of receipt if there is a problem with your order.
